Can a HND holder do his/her masters abroad without having to do a PGD in a Nigerian University. I mean like masters in UK, USA, Canada etc

yes... UK is 2years for masters if you are a hnd holder....there are some universities that accept hnd for two years Masters program.... check Google....I think University of Swansea accept that...just check...you can call the institution of your choice for more clarification,get their customer desk number from the school's website...good luck
