I think you need to really examine yourself and find out why you get so angry.

Yeah i am a good christian, But i am trying to understand things that really pisses me off. Buth the good thing about my anger is that once i av reacted and given the attacker a pice of my dosage i calm down quick

Brutha try all the 'sensible' suggestions given hia e.g anger managment & if you say your trully a good or strng christian?you need to really deepn your relationship with God that's one of the major ways as a believer to conquer all them type of angry emotions leading you to do some things you may regret.

My only counsel 4 u as a Social Worker is dat u should b concious of urself especialy wen u notice u are getin angry. U can decide 2 walk away 4rm d scene. As 4 ur girl, i think u should plead wit her 2 assist nd stand by u while u fight dis spirit anger. Most importantly, dont 4get 2 always pray abt it. U can do it especialy wen u are feed up. Peace.

You've been given some very good suggestions already.  So Livedit don't have much more to add to those suggesions/comments.  Everyone get's angry, but if it's too the point where it's really affecting your well being along with your family life, then you definitely dealing with something much more serious.  It sounds to me, you are dealing with a spirit of "rage".  You said that you've been praying and fasting.  Have you also tried deliverance?  By this I mean not only spiritualy, but counciling to find the root cause of why you are having these episodes.  It's always good to pray and fast so you can talk and hear from God more clearer, but when you dealing with a strong hold such as this.  You will also need to be delivered. 

Far as your woman.  Maybe you can try talking to her again and stressing  to her that you do recognize you have a problem with your anger and asure her you are seeking help for it.  You can try asking everyone whom you offended for forgiveness and for their prayers as well that you will get the help that you need.  Maybe they all can go to counciling with you to help and learn how to deal with this problem until it's resolved.  This is all you can do.  I'm sure your woman means alot to you and you don't want to lose her.  But you will have to understand she has her choice if rather or not she want to stay and continue to stick this through with you.  This is a lot to deal with and it will take alot of patience from loved ones.  Just think if the roles were reversed and it was you that had to deal with someone like that.

I have this same problem,but thank God now it has reduce to a minimum,
i cloud recall that one day a man of God(Pastor ) told me that i should pray seriously regarding my
anger or else,that very moment i decide to change that Act as possible as i can,and even now people have
said severally thing regarding my positive change.
I heard anger is a spirit and until you rebuke it ,it will continue to torment your life
