The roadblock from PH to Aba alone, especially after eleme Junction to the boundary imo River, it's like 1checkpoint/100 meters and you have to pay like 100 naira for buses and 500 to 1k for trucks. It's crazy and a sorry sight. This is the same reason transportation and goods are on the rise as business owners will push the cost to the final consumers.

Exactly What we through in Dapchi and Babangida Checkpoints. Along Geidam - Damaturu road. Everyone must come down and trek for like 200 meters on foot untill you cross the whole checkpoint.

They demarcated the road with a rope. People must trek behind the rope,not on the main road.

Generally, there is an average of 10 checkpoints on every 40km or roads in the South East. Police, Army, NSCDC, Road safety, ...
The job they all do is collect money, cause traffic, bully commuters, just name it.
