It depends, if it is a government job then it's okay. This is because,
1. Government Job gives you ample time to engage in other business (legally the only business you are authorised to do is agriculture) activities, you go to work by 9 or 10 and close by 3pm. Fridays are half days and less busy so you might not go unless you have serious task to perform. Your weekends are yours.
2. You grow in ranks and your salary increases.
3. If its a good MDA you would be open to going for trainings to improve yourself.
4. You are pensionable.
5. There's job security.
