A doctor can do the work of a nurse or pharmacist , or even lab scientists but that doesn't change the job description of a doctor

I know that. Engineers are still the bosses. Engineers have skills to perform among others routine repair and maintenance. Though they do this through technologists/ technicians/ craftmen.
