ON WOMEN

“O PEOPLE, IT IS TRUE THAT YOU HAVE CERTAIN RIGHTS WITH REGARD TO YOUR WOMEN, BUT THEY ALSO HAVE RIGHT OVER YOU.

IF THEY ABIDE BY YOUR RIGHT THEN TO THEM BELONGS THE RIGHT TO BE FED AND CLOTHED IN KINDNESS.

DO TREAT YOUR WOMEN WELL AND BE KIND TO THEM FOR THEY ARE YOUR PARTNERS AND COMMITTED HELPERS.

AND IT IS YOUR RIGHT THAT THEY DO NOT MAKE FRIENDS WITH ANY ONE OF WHOM YOU DO NOT APPROVE, AS WELL AS NEVER TO COMMIT ADULTERY.

THIS MESSAGE CAN ONLY COME FROM THE PROPHET OF THE MOST HIGH.

Good reminder

Why did Allah say that the reward for good people is that they will be light skinned while the reward for bad people is that they will be dark skinned?

Surah 3:106 :

"On the Day some faces will turn white and some faces will turn black. As for those whose faces turn black, to them it will be said, "Did you disbelieve after your belief? Then taste the punishment for what you used to reject."

Muslims make the claim all time that Islam is against discrimination and racism. Is that claim really true?

Let us examine the ahadith of Muhammad (SAW):

Muhammad commanded Muslims to chase Christians out of the Arab peninsula, that is discrimination


Muhammad commanded Muslims not to greet Christians and Jews and to force them into the narrow path, another discrimination

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1606
Narrated 'Umar bin Al-Khattab:
That the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "If I live - if Allah wills - I will expel the Jews and the Christians from the Arabian peninsula."

Sahih Muslim 2167a
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: Do not greet the Jews and the Christians before they greet you and when you meet any one of them on the roads force him to go to the narrowest part of it.

Muhammad exchanged 2 black slaves with 1 non black slaves

Sahih Muslim Book 010, Number 3901
Jabir (Allah be pleased with him) reported: There came a slave and pledg- ed allegiance to Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) on migration; he (the Holy Prophet) did not know that he was a slave. Then there came his master and demanded him back, whereupon Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) said: Sell him to me. And he bought him for two black slaves and he did not afterwards take allegiance from anyone until he had asked him whether he was a slave (or a free man)

Muhammad said that black dog is a devil

Sunan Ibn Majah 3210
It was narrated that Abu Dharr said:
“I asked the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) about the all-black dog and he said: ‘(It is) a devil.’”

Muhammad ordered black dogs to be killed

Sunan Abi Dawud 2846
Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah:
The Prophet of Allah (ﷺ) ordered to kill dogs, and we were even killing a dog which a woman brought with her from the desert. Afterwards he forbade to kill them, saying: Confine yourselves to the type which is black.

Muhammad kept blacks as slaves

Sahih al-Bukhari 7263
Narrated `Umar:
I came and behold, Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) was staying on a Mashroba (attic room) and a black slave of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) was at the top if its stairs. I said to him, "(Tell the Prophet) that here is `Umar bin Al- Khattab (asking for permission to enter)." Then he itted me.

Muhammad said blacks were created for hell.

Mishkat al-Masabih 119
Abud Darda' reported God’s messenger as saying, “God created Adam when He created him and struck his right shoulder and brought forth his offspring white like small ants. And he struck his left shoulder and brought forth his offspring black as though they were charcoal. Then He said to the party on his right side, ‘To paradise, and I do not care’ and He said to the party in his left shoulder, ‘To hell, and I do not care’.”
