He has bought the case in Abuja that was why he was charged with a lesser offence that will make the court to grant him bail. If not for the step taken by Femi Falana, he would have got to his parlour taken wine by now.

It is observed that technicalities of Jurisdiction may be explored by the Adedoyin hence the request..In addition to that, Osun is more preferable due to its proximity which will expose the whole trial to more media coverage & mobilization of people to all the Court hearings..

Mr cyberbully, please let the court do its job and since you were there when the body was being buried, please wait until they call you to give your witness .

It's easy to hide behind a keyboard and make uncouth remarks but it will not save you from criminal libel some day.

Many people won’t digest what they read before spitting rubbish. It is was Adegoke’s family lawyer (Falana) that asked for the case to be discontinued at the federal level and be brought to the jurisdiction which the crime was committed (Osun State). This might be because there might be much interference at the federal level, and aside that it was wrong from the onset to had gone federal when the state has competent courts. Falana corrected an anomaly.

Nice to know but it baffles me why that happened so swiftly......I mean, I know of many cases that were taken to Abuja, and that to us means very serious.....and has gone beyond an individual.

Every information from Saharareporters must be consumed with caution because it carries a lot of fake news. I will be the last one to be surprised if this man eventually turns out to be innocent.
True justice is ensuring that it is the true perpetrator that is punished, not punishing an innocent person.
