Of course it could, but like was pointed you did not offer adequate explanation as to your positive economic change.
You have no right to appeal, or judicial review.
Better option would be to put an application at a later time when you are able to explain things clearer.

if skilled worker visa, then yes.

@Adebayo347 the channel some people go through is sending a compl@ints email to HO if/when they feel the way you feel and then taking it from there. Works for some, doesn’t work for some. check the thread for the email address.
Per your annual returns/earnings, like the way things work in the UK for self employed folks, you will usually be able to make such changes or assertions at the end of the annual year. When all you have accrued at the end of the year comes into play.
I guess it is/was confusing how in January, you said annually you earn a certain amount then barely 6 months after a refusal you return and assert to making double this now without any clear explanations. .. how did you come about this?
There should be appropriate explanation with documentary evidence to back up such swift change.

As for reapplying- I dnt think you should do that now and the travel hx you have is good (Dubai, Ghana, Seychelles, Kenya, Benin republic, Ghana and Georgia- eastern europe) but these countries are veeeeeery inconsequential, like mean nothing to them… they only react well when they see uk, us, japan, canada, australia, new zealand, schenghen territories and its likes. ..

Sorry about the refusal. The ECO just wanted to denied your visa with his/her view. In my own point of view, you haven't address the issues on your first refusal in Jan 2022. If money was the reason for the first refusal and you failed to declare huge increase in the second application. Thus, it shows that you have inconsistence financial increase in couple of months. I will advise you to reapply and explain the reason and all source of your income and the increment.

Prepare your application as if you are saddest/wicked/racist ECO that are ready to refuse 90% of applications.

If you don't mind try to secure another country's visa before submitting fresh application this year or you'll postpone your new application till next year. This is an advice to reduce the sense of desperation.
