The relationship is bournvita contains cocoa and sugar which gives stimulant effects just like cocaine.

Secondly, u were on your own searching for an alternative which shows that you were truly serious about it..

A permanent remedy to that could be a rehabilitation... I don't even know if Nigeria basically got such facility....

You can do it through cutting it down. Not abruptly stop it like that.

Example if you take it every day skip one one days, after it because normal you can skip 3 or 4 days. So on and do forth

The storm is almost over brother!!! A friendly advice; cut off your supplier. Reduce with friends who do crack. Enjoy yourself. Don’t stay indoors doing nothing if you aren’t an indoor person. Wishing you the best. I will like to advise you to follow up this battle with God. If you go to church more actively that would be great. I dont mean every Sunday. I mean every freaking weekly service. Infact do a church programme. You need spiritual strength on this. This is how my friend won this same battle. I believe you can too. You just need to get to day 40 and you will be okay.

Be strong. I know it’s not an easy task but you can do it. Just keep on moving. I suggest you take up some hobbies like chess, learning a new language, etc

5 days and counting

I just couldn't hold on again last week

But have been clean for 5 days now.

I relapsed because my bournvita finished...


Even till now I can't even buy it.




I need tea ALWAYS....to calm my urge.



Little money I had, should have saved it for the bournvita, instead I went to get one 5 days back
