I recently treated malaria and got heat burns and rashes afterwards (probably a reaction to the drugs), I endured for 3 days believing the rashes would disappear the way they came but they didn’t. I was prescribed an ointment which I used for 2 days and the rash disappeared. Tell your bro to visit a doctor (dermatologist) N/B: Good hygiene is key, should he be lying on a bare mattress that way?

That's some accumulated dead skin cells. I'm guessing he has a very dry skin. Let him stop using all these toilet soaps. What He needs is a good exfoliating soap. He can get the k brothers papaya soap. That should work to clear his skin. 7 Likes 3 Shares |

Hygiene is the culprit here,any antifungal cream would do the job..moreso, take your hygiene seriously..cheers

Treated something similar.... Go to a very good pharmacy, get itacare tablet 1 sachet and any good anti fungi cream. The sachet is 1500 and the pack is 4500. Take two capsule once a day and apply the cream twice a day. Before the 5th day, the whole skin ish would go. 5 Likes 1 Share |

He should do a HIV test or maybe a liver biopsy or a bone marrow biopsy to check for blood cancer . Or maybe do an MRI for Brain tumors ... Or maybe you should take him to see a dermatologist since I am not a doctor obviously and nairaland isn't a hospital !!
