I'm trying to install python on my laptop but it is saying api-ms-win-crt-math-l1-1-0.dll is missing.
I have ed the api stuff(the 32bit and 64bit) and sent to it's different consoles but python is yet to install. I have even ed the C++ redistributable stuff, yet the issue persists.
Any solutions or alternative ways, please?

Avoid ing DLLs from the internet.
Try installing all the VC++ redist you find here https://.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/the-latest-ed-visual-c-s-2647da03-1eea-4433-9aff-95f26a218cc0

try updating your windows

If you are using windows 7, latest version of python requires windows 10. So try the older version of python and see. Better still, like what someone had said, the Microsoft redistribution to update your dll

Try using anaconda, there are many tutorials for it.

If you are using windows 7, just python 3.4.

Newer versions of python runs on windows 8 and above.

Why not just Anaconda?

Which of the python IDE are you trying to install?

If it's Pycharm, during the first stage of Installation, ensure to include python in the path else you won't find python after installation.

model of laptop? Is it a modern PC cause some version of Python 3wont work on some PC architecture
