Good day, how do one make payments for visa fee?

My employer said I should relate with the Home office and explain to them.
I was just surprised that such a misunderstanding can happen at that level.

Again, why didn't the Home office send me an NSF? Rather, they emailed my employer.

Anyways, I have written a cover letter explaining in details. Hopefully, they will action it and do the needful.

I'm hoping it'll turn out favourably. to let us know the outcome.

Quickly, check on your COS if your employer confirmed that you are eligible for a Health and Care worker visa.

I can see that your employer ticked 'Y' in the New Entrant section of your CoS. Are you sure it's supposed to be a yes?

Elders in the house, after one week of submitting my Skilled Worker Visa (HCW), Home Office sent a mail to my operations mgr (my sponsor).
Please note that I clearly indicated health and care Visa on my Visa application for 3 years and above and not below 3 years, as home office wrote. (See the attached). My COS clearly stated 6145 as my SOC code and i'm eligible for HCW.

I don't know why the case worker mistook my HCW application for an ordinary Skilled worker visa thereby telling me to pay a higher application fee. See the mail from Home office below and kindly advise me:

If you do not provide the missing information requested in this letter, your application will be rejected as invalid and the Home Office will refund your payment, minus the istration fee.



If you submit a new application, the date of that application will be the date that it is posted, delivered by courier or accepted at a service centre.

Your employer has fvcked up ..You are not new entrant and he selected Yes for new entrant......that's why ECO is asking you to prove paragraph 2 & 3 .....because care work sponsors don't have licence to bring in a new entrant candidate because their job code is different....

Tell ur employer new entrant does not mean someone that wants to enter UK for first time....it means the applicant must be under the age of 26 on the date of application and
the job codes are 2111, 2112, 2113, 2114, 2119 2311 ...


Still the ECO is on Columbian cocaine....the explanation is very poor because it's clear your sponsor made a mistake

Congratulations. But why did you have to present a landlords consent letter?

It's one of the requirements on the visa form to present that shows we are genuinely married and living together as couple. You need to submit 2 documents that shows you live in the same address with the Main applicant.

Hello , I have decided to just keep mute , pls I would like to know if there’s anyone who did biometric since June , interview in July and still hasn’t heard anything ? STANDARD APPLICATION.

Did one paid mail and two paid calls , still under consideration, I’ve lost hope already , just want to know if there’s anyone who has been in this same situation before , even resumption date for work don . Application went well , interview went well .

Even if they want to refuse , does it actually take this long . Since June , has this ever happened on this thread before , please help me shed more light if you had similar experience or know anyone who took this long and still got the VISA.
If not , make I go deh plan on how to collect my IHS fees way I pay for 3 years back.

I presume this was for Temporary Work Visa since you mentioned 'interview'. If so, unfortunately there's no specific turn out time for it oo, as some people wait for countless months. I guess UKVI doesn't prioritize that visa type.
