@ AdvanceDNA please i need your advice.

Please i got an offer letter since February 17 which the pay is 10.42 per hour,although am yet to receive my Cos which they applied for.

Please my question is now that the new minimum wage has increased to 10.75 what can be done about my offer letter which has 10.42 and the already applied COS?

Please guys i need more explanation.

I'm waiting for this response because I know someone in same.shoes but COS has already been issued the person only had to run POF

Statutorily, your hourly rate should match the Uk minimum wage so it is highly likely that the rate will be increased.
It is an offence for the company not to pay the statutory wage unless you are underage

The COS is the one that has the old rates tho too

As long as COS was submitted before the change in minimum wage in April. It is understandable that the rate will change upon commencement of contract.

You may the company providing the COS to get clarifications on new pay rate and how it affects you

I don't think you need work experience. You can do the care courses online on Florence Academy. This can be used.

Please long does it take to receive collection mail after getting BRP mail. I have been expecting it since April 5th.

Mine within 24hrs(maybe 48max)
You done supposed get am or else you didn't use the same Email for filing and collection.

See, I what I meant is that during my application, because it was done by my wife, she put her own Email for tracking and everything. But I was the one that received the BRP while she was the one that received the TLS port Collection Email.

Don't give up but these ones are agencies u should hve read the fine lines b4 commiting finance

How would u book priority Visa without a COS ? How?

If he has been giving COS..he should go to ukvi website https://apply-to-visit-or-stay-in-the-uk.homeoffice.gov.uk/sort/start/skilled_worker_out_uk

Fill out the form...e long gaaan...if he has issues filling it....screen shot the page and bring it here...we will put u through....

when he's done and submitted in ukvi website....ge see option to book appointment for biometrics at the end...
. it will automatically link him to tls website where he will book appointment and also book priority service....

U get??

U need money in pounds or dollar in a card to pay for visa....if u dont... have ur pple abroad to help u pay...u will credit them in naira

There is a huge chace u may have been scammed...although some eventually work out....but most dont ....i suggest u demand for your money.......
