Hmmm.. OP, This your Question is technical.. If it's the Opposite sex, once you start missing the person, I think feelings has started developing.. Though you might Not really recognize it Yet. This happens in dis Male/Female Bestieship relationship Alot..They miss eachother most times!! Dey have developed Feelings, already.. They just need to Accept and help themselves out.
