He politicize the civil service to the detriment of the people making a wide gap between the rich and the poor. He dramatically increase senators salaries just because of its third term ambition which he succumbed to. OBJ supposed to be face of democratic prosperity in Nigeria rather spearheaded unbridled corruption. Worst still, $16B for power was swindle into private pocket under his istration.
