Please house, I need your advice.

I am currently running a program for Professional marine certification and studied online with the plan to sit for the exams in the UK as that’s the only place it can be written. Because I opted to study it remotely due to my job, the school did not issue a CAS and asked that I apply for a visit visa since I am only meant to sit for examinations. I accepted and applied the first time and was refused. There was only one reason stated and it was because they didn’t understand my payslips. I reapplied again and carefully explained in a cover letter and even explained everything else I felt might be an issue. Again, I was refused and this time, it was a totally different issue with same set of documents i submitted in first application and I had explained fully everything I felt might be an issue. I really didn’t know how else I could have proven my statements other than my explanations and proof I presented.
The second refusal was in August and I have to endeavor to finish my program. I was advised by the institution to follow the study visa route.
My questions are
1. I am planning to put in an application by February, which is in 6 months time. Is that enough or should I wait further?
2. In the proof of funds I submitted in my first 2 applications, I actually didn’t have much as I had invested in stocks and cryptos which weren’t accepted as POF for visit visa. Is it fine if just after 6 months, I am able to raise almost 10,000 pounds as POF ? Although I can get this by liquidating my assets. I hope it doesn’t raise any eyebrows.
3. Do I need to write a cover letter explaining the first 2 visit visa refusals or just stick to stating the reasons for my next application?

Good morning all I received this after sending a mail to them last week,has anybody experiences this? And my tracker is still showing “Still at Dmc”. I applied 22nd September Ikeja Tls.

Please for someone planning on resuming school Sept next year, when should you start application process?

Secondly, for someone that studied agriculture, is it possible to apply for Nursing or public health in UK and which school?

With your explanations so far, I deduced you don't understand education platform that can give you CAS. Marine programs in UK is within 6months and in this case the maritime college in concerns will encourage you to apply for students visiting visa. However, having switched to online maritime programs because of your work you can only apply for 6months visitor visa in UK to sit for your academics subjects and Oral. Obviously, your visa was refused on basis of misrepresentation and inconsistent in applications.
CAS can only be issued to tier IV students visa on undergraduates or postgraduate studies not for short student visitor visa.
Pay the rest of your tuition and make enquiry from your college when you'll be writing your exams and ask for visa documents from college then apply for students visitor visa to write your exams and advanced training certification as the case maybe.

Boss I got unconditional offer to Greenwich but I’ve been getting advice here and there that I should not apply with my 4 defendants as the Uk will think I’m running from my country but seeing yours now I’m thinking of giving it a try then again I don’t want to take any chances I will like to have your to put me through like how much did you use as POF please help a brother

Who has used access bank statement for proof? I ed my statement and there is no advice on the statement on how to confirm from the bank. Kinda risky to use

I noticed this same thing with Union Bank. I don’t know if there’s another way UKVI can them.

Just take your slip there the one that the photocopy of your port is attached to.

A friend married under Islamic law, without undergoing statutory marriage ( I.e. marriage at the Registry) how can his wife as a dependent apply for visa under his student visa, as he is the primary applicant. Can they rely on the Islamic marriage certificate alone to apply for visa.

I am still waiting for the mail after 48hours now.

Please becareful with this option. I used the legal guardian option in 2011 with all legal document i knew but was denied visa despite having 75% scholarship. They say their was not letter from Federal government or federal authority to show that the person has adopted me.

Definitely you can travel alone..... dependents don't have to go with main applicant. I am 100 percent sure. ....

I didn't apply for courier service. I didn't get BRP mail either. Seems we won't have issue with BRP then.

Please are these lab centers in Oyo state reliable? I mean can I get there and do the covid test immediately and get the result within 24 hours?

okay, thanks. I just have to be patient and hopeful.

I used Medicaid diagnostics Oluyole Ibadan. Result came out around 36 hours after, but they will ask you to give them 48hrs max.
UCH is equally okay but the protocol plenty.
