Why TF this trailer looks weird and uninteresting with this English language. I'm hoping the trailer is dubbed and not the actual language they used for it cos I'm hardly buying any originality to this.

Those people entering the games clearly knew what they were in for, and even signed consent form. The only part i fault the Squid Game organisers is that that didn't state explicitly that "elimination" actually meant topping them for good from this life...they probably thought, elimination meant when they fail a game, they allow them go home 😩💀

Gi Hun is clearly propped up to be the hero of the whole thing, so most likely he will have a big hand in ending the games, come S3.

My speculation is, he either get killed in S3 or live long enough to become the frontman he so despise 😀

Not Mappa's fault. Production committees are responsible for deciding whether an anime gets a new season. So it's not solely up to Mappa to start working on a new season of either show

I won't say it's better than Squid game but it's definitely up there. It's like a hidden gem on Netflix.

A studio, usually, just works on the adaptation of the manga/light novel they're commissioned to adapt. The manga publisher and the distribution company are also on the committee. The committee decides what budget the anime studio gets, which is also why sometimes you hear that the budget increased or decreased for a new season.
The production committee is not fixed to these 3 parties. Sometimes the studio is not even a part of the committee. They just get hired to adapt the project.

Vawulence and bloodfest galore!!
In the massive land of Utah, United States in the 19th century, different warring factions fight for the control of the huge swath of land. The US Army, Native Indians, religious Mormon militia, robbers and White settlers are all locked in a war of survival. And only the fittest truly survives such brutal environment.
In the middle of all the chaos, a fleeing woman and her son gets caught up in the crossfire and becomes a catalyst for more carnage and destruction.

It's a gritty and brutal tale with lots of göré and blood. Inside politics, gun battles and some good measure of manly brawls. Action packed and filled with suspense from the get go.
You had a problem with anyone, dé@dly violence was your surest bet of resolving such grievances.

One thing I loved about the show is its sweet dialogue. Huge dose of sarcasm is laced in many of the dialogue, sometimes you just can't help but laugh wildly even tho it's in an atmosphere we're saying the wrong word can get you killed in an instant.

Also a good dose of a history lesson how the foundations of the US as a country was formed. Lots of bloodshed, forceful land acquisition, displacement and wipe out of the indigenous people and repurposing of the land.


This place is way wilder than the proverbial Wild West. Prolly a precursor to the Wild West where the rule of law is ultimately upheld in gunpowder.
It's a top tier Western. Netflix just made a Western look fashionable and wildly entertaining.

Top tier writing and action. Great way to kick off the year.

Creature Commandos......7.9/10

Greatly entertaining fare from the DCU's first cinematic entry.

Loveable characters all through with many having a tragic backstory to boot. Episode 4 with Weasel's turn had to be the most heartbreaking. Dude was innocent but got no way of proving his beastly self not guilty. Punished all just for preconceived prejudice.

James Gunn shines as one who could juggle an ensemble cast at once and still make a good number of them of likeable and relatable. Good number of characters to root for. Looking forward to seeing some of them in live action especially The Bride & her perennial jilted love interest Frankenstein and Dr Phosphorus.

It was a fun ride all through and good dose of comedy.

And I'm really glad King Shark is back!!! Can't wait for S2.

I'm done. It was really good and it has been renewed for a 3rd season. They have cleared all the games so I'm curious as to what will happen.
And the whole reveal at the end of season 2 wasn't anything I expected at all, infact they took all my theories and made a joke of them all during that last game 😩😩😂😂
