Job Summary:
Mechanical engineers participate in the planning and manufacturing of new products by performing engineering duties and developing, deg and testing mechanical devices.

Job responsibilities:
• Work with team to create new product designs that meet customer needs and relevant government codes and regulations.
• Create designs using established engineering practices and relevant technological tools.
• Research designs and make recommendations based on appearance, safety, budget, and function, and estimate the time and cost needed to complete projects.
• Create prototypes and product tests and creating reports to provide the relevant data to management.
• Communicate with other departments as needed for a given project.
• Determine requirements for manufacturing equipment and working with a team to manage assigned portions of a project.
• Work as a project manager and may often travel to manufacturing sites or to customer offices.
• Frequent lifting or bending, and work hours may vary.

Job requirements:
• Bsc in mechanical engineering or any related degree.
• 5 yrs Experience in a manufacturing space.
• Hands on Experience in any manufacturing company is an added advantage.
• Must be able to use Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other software/technology relevant
• Technical problem-solving
• Good communication skills
• Adept at project management
