You are not allowed to go inside with anything apart from the documents needed.

With a PGC/PGD there's a career progression. Also, with the fact that u av bin in this industry, it's a plus for u. My yunga bro got his study permit last month (PGD Network Security, working in d IT sector & finished BSc with a second class upper like first class lol). Also, we have many folks who did the same and got an approval. Wishing u all the best!

Dear selfless gurus in the house, I've been a fervent follower of this thread in recent weeks and I'm preparing to submit application for winter 2022 intake.
My wahala now is this, I graduated with 4.2CGPA in logistics and supply chain management, and I've been working in this industry since after graduation. Ordinarily, I'll love to apply for a masters degree in this field, but the only 2 schools I have come across in all of Canada that offer this program at masters level are York University and university of Windsor. Their tuition for the program is way higher than my budget. I want to settle for a graduate certificate program for the same course in a college, which has a tuition within my budget.
With my academic background, in of my cgpa, is there a way to convince the VO during visa application that there's a career progression in this move?
Please assist me as soon as possible.

Note I applied for another Bachelors in Environmental science in Canada. Although I already have bachelors degree in Estate management and I also started my masters in d same school which I started since 2018 and was supposed to be completed within 18months but due to the corona and department wahala, d program is still on going, so I decided to apply to Canada, to get another Bachelors that's similar to the one I already have, hence my decision to pursue another Bachelors in Canada. I used to work with an estate firm,but currently, I work with an entrepreneurship agency as a data analyst which I mentioned in my Visa application.
Another issue is I just concluded my masters here last week.

I applied for Visa early this year (March) and was refused few days ago and the reasons stated are:

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in

I need your advice pls as I don't know where to start and what to do.

To address personal asset issue, I want to get gift deed of land from my brother and value it

Are there documents about my brother I need to attach to the deed of gift agreement?

Would a gift deed count positively for me In my second application considering the date could send an impression that I got the gift solely because of visa application?

Please how can I address the issue of personal asset

You will need to submit your application before you can give your biometrics.

Request for biometrics from IRCC is usually within 24hours from the time you submit your application.

It sounds to my mind that you are doing medical upfront, which is cool. However, you can't do biometics upfront, you must submit your application, receive a biometric invite, book an appointment with Vfs global.

I just got refused guys, and I’m proud to put it out here so others can learn
I submitted through an agent but it was later I found out about nairaland and I knew I was suppose to do it on my own. I was rejected based on just purpose of visit as i knew my chances were low when I came to nairaland to find out that going for a 2nd degree and getting a decision has a very slim chance. I’m I happy I learnt that too.
I submitted the of my uncle as we bear the same surname and it had an inflow and outflow of almost 300m in 4 months alone and a sitting balance of 20m. Most of you are also aware that I just lost my dad and my uncle has been stepping up for me for a lot of things
My uncle also owns the company where I work part time and I also submitted the cac, employment letters and bank statement of the company of almost 250m in inflows and outflow.
I can tell that the course was the major problem, as I wrote my SOP myself with the agent making one or two corrections

Please guys, I had a 2:1 in ing with a CGPA of 3.63 in 2018. Which university can the gurus recommend to go for masters. And which course will best fit my bsc. I will try and re apply again but I need the assistance of
