if this guy does not secure ission, he will not get this scholarship. In Nigeria, the first thing to do before you gain ission is your o'level. If you don't have it, forget ission. Here is not America. In America, you can gain post graduate ission if you have demonstrated a very good work experience in the field you are pursuing. In America, this is pure mediocrity

PhD holder without degree, it must be in your village. The mathematical nonsense he will be taught in school goes beyond rewinding coils to generate electricity. He should be trained as an entrepreneur or sent to technical college. Get set for Laplace and Maclaurin jargons.
