3weeks for installation. (Dries up in 2weeks, the longer it dries the stronger it gets)
Payment plan should be 80% for mobilisation and 20% once the job is completed. ✓

Acrylics or gloss boards are more expensive than ordinary HDF board.

For decking area, you could do Cornice/painting and Screeding, incase of unforseen circumstances where the decking is leaking, no cause for panic, it would only affect the cornice, But if you have pop on it (decking)it's really dangerous & could cause serious accident. (Witnessed 3 sites last year, where the pop fell & caused accident due to leakage from decking area).
Recommended pop design for decking area: simple Plain or lite lighting design (in square shape)
