J. Martins Begs Jonathan For Forgiveness: No Freedom Of Speech, Corruption Worse (39066 Views)

He also said that what the Goodluck istration was accused of, is now being witnessed much more in this present istration. He asked Jonathan to forgive those who betrayed him. He has forgiven you all since. Nigerians hate truth and like falsehood. He said and it's happening. |

neyohh: Religion is an expression of material realities and economic injustice. Thus, problems in religion are ultimately problems in society. Religion is not the disease, but merely a symptom. It is used by oppressors to make people feel better about the distress they experience due to being poor and exploited. It's left for Nigerians to make the right decisions come 2023 or else they will just be going in circles. You can't be doing the same over and over again and expect a different outcome. Thy should shun voting based on religious line, look for an intelligent man that would pilot the affairs of the country. In a sane country, Buhari would have been in prison before the general election that brought him to power because of his utterances at the time. The blood and baboons Nigerians wise up and stop voting on based on religion and ethnicity. |

J.Martin : "There is no part of this country that's not under attack, if not banditry, it's kidnapping, or boko haram or killing of security officers, this things were never heard off before but now it is our every day living experience." An honest take On what is happening in Buhari istration by J. Martin . I wished he had told goodluck Jonathan that his istration was corrupt as well, but not as corrupt as Buhari istration. Such assessments would have brought honors to Mr Martin as well. Goodluck Jonathan lost 2015 election because he forgot where he came from after he became president in 2011. Jonathan presidency was prod |

In the north during Jonathan's era, you would hear a northern Muslim saying: "it is better to live in extreme poverty and sorrows under the leadership of a Muslim than to live in heaven under the leadership of a Christian" I think that they are having what they bargained for. Those northern professors who were collecting salaries from different universities but were saying that it was better to earn N50,000 monthly under a Muslim president than to earn N20billion a month under a Christian president. What they said came to because when a Muslim president came with IPPIS, they are not able to get the kind of money they used to get under Jonathan. So we should be careful what we say. |

Burtonj: Lol , you don't know these people, i guess you don't live in Nigeria. Do you really want to know where Nigerian's priorities lie? Won't answer that question and it's definitely not religion , infact it's the opposite. The level of violence and indifference is tantamount to evil. Nigerians can never wise up, the foolishness will continue until some unexpected war starts. Anyways kudos for your refreshing point of view, you will one day agree with the fraudulent "religion thesis". |

We all know that Buhari is the worst president ever but I hate when people apologize to Jonathan because bad governance and highest level of corruption during Jonathan’s regime lead us to this Buhari’s regime

Ever since , Nigeria has always been going from bad to worse... DURING YAR'ADUA'S TIME , THINGS GOT BETTER but during Jonathan's period things started getting bad and now it's even worse under Buhari... At this rate , only God knows what would happen during the next president's tenure |

onthehill:NIGERIANS are known for discrediting incumbent president only to praise him after he lives the office. They have no focus. If Buhari's regime kills freedom of speech why and how was he able to say and post these statements of his and still walks free?. You citizens are part of the problems. GEJ and Buhari tried their best. What you people failed to figure out are those clowns under them. President can not be here and there. This is why there is separation of powers. Was GEJ responsible for Diezani and host of corrupt officials that got away scott free?. Was he the judge and the jury?. Was he the police and prosecutor?. His responsibility was too give orders as enshrined in the constitution. If his subjects failed to carry their responsibilities including lawyers and judges you think president has much to do with it?. He can only influence the decisions. Recall recent trial of a cop in US convicted of murder of civilian, president Biden was not capable of making decision whether he was comfortable with it or not. Same thing with Buhari. A president can not succeed if his subjects are terrible. My only problem with Buhari is for not being outspoken and putting his put down (by being very active) on national security issues. When igbo official in charge of petroleum in the south was accused of fraud and was charged to court he fainted like all other govt officials. We don't know the outcome till now. Is Buhari responsible for that as well?. Shouldn't judges have known better in 21st century about this old trick by politicians?. There is a need for serious change of mindset in the country. I still blame govt. A president can not succeed without full cooperation of his cabinet and his opposition. And all of you that are complaining would have made no difference if given opportunity. You would have looted, embezzled and favor your own kind of opportunity present itself. I for once did not Buhari presidency in 2015 basically because of the current embarrassment but I did him in his second term. My prayer is, I hope you not gonna start praising Buhari at you taste the next worse president better I do not want worse than this bcus it affects everyone whether you live in US or EU |

Bossman25: Why must you resort to your default animalistic tendencies? Nigeria was never ever great, there was an oil boom which was wasted . As soon as the colonials left, industries, infrastructure , school's and currency collapsed. Please if you ever want to mention me, speak like a human, you're not the first person to read and address the comment. 1 Like |
