You must be kidding! The DSS exists to protect any government in power. They are used by the president and governors to protect themselves and to harass journalists, opposition politicians and enemies of the families of politicians. They do not attend to any silly national threat. If they did they would be in the forests fighting kidnappers and bandicts.
