El rufai has done fairly well. it's a shame people just talk out of sentiments. southern kaduna has always been hostile to rufai. worse than anything. and that for a reason has been one of the reason that part of the state hasn't seen real delv during his istration.

Oga Shut up...I am from Kafanchan and presently there, just call it "Jema'a Emirate Urban Renewal"

Apart from the major road, which is from Ugwa Rimi bridge to Nepa Junction, all other roads included are the Muslim settlements.

the likes of Zaria street, Sokoto street, Magajiya street, Abuja Street, Kaduna Street, Jema'a street etc. (All the Muslim settlement) will all be reconstructed

What happens to
Takau, Maigizo, Zikpa, Garaje, Ungwan Musa, Ugwan Masara, Bayan Loko etc.
no single single road will be constructed around the Christian settlement.

We complained and the Oga said this is the first phase, as if we are fools. So he wants to complete the second phase during his third tenure abi?
