Good morning dear brothers and sisters in NL, I know this may be funny but I decided to bring it here. I'm 30 years old now. When I was growing up as a young boy, I discovered that other boys of my contemporaries, my peers had two scrutal sac (talking about the two ball hanging down from the male genital) but mine is just one.
I dated a girl who once told me I impregnated her but I don't know if she lied to me.

I've carried out research in the internet but with different answers though I've not gone for medical check as to know if a man with one scrotun can impregnate a woman. Do anybody here have similar situation? Have anyone amongst us heard such complain?

Please doctors in the house, what is your take on a single scrutal sac? Have you come across this problem? How did you handle it? What is your advice? Can it produce a child?.

My Nephew had 3 but was operated and one removed...now he is married with kids.

I don't know the implication of having only one...please go to a specialist hospital and douse your curiosity. I wish you luck!

Very possible, I have seen one myself, in fact I know of a guy who got one of his crotum damaged during a fight, he was operated on and had the damaged one removed, he has used the remaining one to have kids today,

let assume one produce 20 million sperm in a day and two will produce 40 million in a day.

that what is means it increases the chances. if your sperms are healthy you should be able to have a smart one that can do the needful.

I don't think you have one testis, yours looks like a case called Undescended Testicle (cryptorchidism). In cases like this the testis is stuck just around the stomach/groin region in the tube that should lead it down to your scrotum and requires surgery especially after birth. So one of your testis could still be there up to now. Just see a Urologist to rule out this condition.

Every adult male has one scrotum. But if you mean one testicle, then yes, a man with one testicle can produce enough viable sperm to impregnate a woman.

But go for a fertility test if you want to be sure.

Oo, you impregnated the girl. She is not lying. According to an urologist I once worked with, you can impregnate all the girls in your village if you want to. The problem is if you don't have any scrotum at all but with just one, you can do wonders

It takes just one sperm to have a child and a single scrotum probably produces billions everytime you have sex.

All things being equal, I dont think having one scrotum is a big issue, may just slightly decrease your potency
