I have installed the app but I can't go past the face capture stage when I attempted to do the pre-test. It's showing error 400. Do you have the same problem?

It is not compulsory to for the pretest, it is just a DEMO to understand how the exam process is. After entering the URL for the DEMO on the browser, it will redirect you to the safe browser if you've ed it already.

It's working perfectly. It works with chrome and other applications. It's just this safe exam browser that's giving me problems

I'll advise you to borrow a laptop and install the app following the procedures sent to your mail. Most cafe's computers don't run on windows 10 OS and that is a primary requirement.

You're right. That's what I'm trying to do. Cos most cafe don't have windows 10. And the only one that has is charging 5k

I would really appreciate it if they had made it a physical test. I did the necessary network tests today although my computer failed some test. Some things I noted are: 1. Stable network 2. Bright (well lighted) area 3. Good webcam

The processes aren't difficult or out of this world we should all be fine last last
