Maybe it's for clients with a verified payment method. Because they're people abusing these interview free connects. I've received 10 connects each for every interviews i've got; which I only send proposals to clients with a verified payment method and over 40% hire rate.

You need to work on grammar and punctuation on your profile. For example you use I an i interchangeably. You should stick to the capital letter. And there are spaces in places where they shouldn't be.

getting your first gigs on upwork is more than a war. I never thought how hard freelancing is till when I started upwork sincerely speaking I'm about to give up at all.
can anyone imagine just a $20 jobs that was posted 10 to 15 mins with over 50+ proposals what are the chances of new freelancers . chai this life isn't easy at all.
