The reason for my statement is because I'm in Delta state and the nearest branch seems to be Lagos. I don't have anybody to stay with in Lagos when I go. I was thinking I'd go by night and get there in the morning finish the whole process and then travel back that same day. I don't know how possible this is
Because I haven't been to Lagos before or even know somebody there I could stay with till I finally finished everything. So this whole branch mandatory stuff is just making me confuse. Because I really need the fund to start up something

This Baobab. God will judge them. Why not send an agent to people all over the states if d physical presence is so important. This is ridiculous. See their reply to someone just today. This bank is d most useless bank I have ever come across

Thank God they took the advice of most of us...Sent them a mail to this effect and I’m glad they’ve responded. But I hope it won’t be long before they actually implement it, cos these guys are trading with that money hence the delays

I received this mail (screen shot below) from NPF MFB last two days. I just saw it this morning and the reason was because it landed In spam. I have sent all my details and Acceptance Letter to them and I am shocked to see them asking for them again.

I just hope it's not too late. Did anybody here received the same mail from them?

Don't transfer the money once, do it by 50k per go, you can move up to 500k per day

I can't even transfer a kobo. The app is a mess, nothing works in my app. *5757# is not functional for me, they said its because I opened the through the app, that I should be patient while it is being resolve. Most annoying part is that I can't withdraw over the counter

They only have branches in Lagos(14), Abuja(4), and Kaduna(5).
They are not serious. I wonder how they'd ask people to come to the physical branch before opening an , in this technology age.

The google form carries everything needed to open a bank but baobab nor get sense lass lass.

I think your physical presence is majorly needed to sign your offer letter contracts and other docs.

I just recieved my alert of N250,000. Npf microfinance bank. I was tired of the whole thing this morning so I decided to send them my NPF mfb number again through the email they sent to us earlier. An hour later I got the alert

I ed the app and ed, after like a week the number was sent to me then I went to the bank to complete the process with the necessary documents. But I'll suggest you open the Acc using *5757# because we that used the bank app are having issues right now withdrawing the money. So if you can the use the ussd code so you won't have that issue

For me I have been able to withdraw. I Opened my using USSD. I was paid last week and I withdrew using USSD. Maximum I was able was 50k and limit is 100k daily.

LAPO is something else, 2 weeks now no disbursement

@funkyshade Good evening, when you received yours were you able to transfer the full amount to your other bank? For some reason it's restricting transfer and even when it goes through it immediately bounce bank and refund. Tried leaving N500 same thing.

I have similar issue, i can't trf money from the baobab app. Tried 65k, 55k 50k 25k 10k even 5k de all reversed. But wen i did a trf frm my gt bank to it, it went tro. Pls do u have any assistance u can give. Pls i need to use this money.... pls thanks

I just tried it the next day and it went through. I transferred 249,900 instead of the whole thing. Left N100 there, they deducted N4 sms, and about N40 transfer charges.

thanks bro , it was a success , I used the code and an num was provided immediately , thereafter I proceeded to fill the next form and it says it has been submitted successfully

I'd like to ask , is there any other thing to do ? Or wait for the funds thereafter
