I was just curious? On the road to the release of the school boys, we heard a lot about their location(in a forest), number(about 1000), mode of movement(motorcycles), and more. What happened to them after the release of the school boys?
Were they neutralized or is it true they were paid?
Please I want to know what happened to the kidnappers.

Learn to mind your own business, this is the north and we play by our own rules.

Oh, and if this ever happened in the south, we will arrest and detain everyone in that village, including their grandparents grin

They will soon become part of your terrorist men in army uniform. All of you "one nigeria" apologists never see anything sef. Keep enjoying your "one nigeria" while we build up the strength of our army to extricate ourselves from your useless dungeon.

Its an open truth ransom was paid as such the kidnapers are balling with their resent found fortune. However once karma comes calling nobody should pity the kidnapers & their well wisher's, for the wailing wailers are their spiritual brothers.

There were no kidnappers in the first place.

I mean the contradicting stories from the presidency high command shows that it was all a planned game.

If at all there were kidnappers, they've been forced to accept amnesty and have been long released back to the bushes to continue their booming trade.

If it were to be in the south east, south south or south west, these incident occurred, by now bodies of the said kidnappers would have littered the front pages of our national dailies.

But hey, it's the North, they're untouchable...case closed. Life goes on.

The army claimed they encountered resistance from the bandits which lasted for hours...yet the kidnappers had no casualties recorded...It is what it is undecided

Anyway, I'm glad the innocent boys are back home.

Channel your questions to appropriate authorities or persons. That is, if your head will be on your shoulders. North is acting a larger-than-life movie and you are here asking questions.
Don’t you want Nigeria to generate a lot revenue from BOX OFFICE since Northern Nigeria has found a very lucrative way of acting?

Good question.

But we know they're working for the same govt (northern politicians) so how can they be arrested.

Jibrin said following the abduction of the boys, the minister led a delegation, including the Service Chiefs and the National Security Adviser, to Katsina and Kankara.

He said the minister gave the rules of engagement, directing the troops to ensure that the abducted boys were rescued without casualties and within the shortest time possible.

He said, “Following the directive, the troops closed in on the abductors from four different fronts, including the reinforcement that was made from other divisions, to ensure that the entire location was sealed off.

“The bandits were all under siege and they were fully aware of that, feeling the impacts of the presence of the troops both from the air and on the ground.

“When they approached the location where the boys were held, the troops encountered some pockets of opposition which they cleared and moved deeper into the forest.

“Although there was no casualty on the part of the boys, a lot of the bandits were neutralised because in the attempt by the military to move forward, they laid ambush in two places along the way.

“In fact, in the second place where they laid ambush, there was serious resistance because they were hiding and had occupied the road.

Some Swines, children of hate, Frustrations and perdition are so pained that non of the boys were killed.
That would have been their happiness.
May that death you are always happy to read locate you before next year Insha Allah.
(Quote this comment if you are one of such swines and bad news lover.)

We thank God these boys returned peacefully and in one piece to their parents.
