4. You didn't specify any hometie. Since you are single, you should have looked for a way to richly explain your ties to Nigeria... Red flag.

There is no more ission for fall(September) 2021 as far as am knowledgeable about it and accurate in information.
ission has bEen closed since. Applicants are already submitting their visa applications for fall
You can only apply for winter 2022(Jan) and prepare ahead.

This is not true pls. Some schools are still giving ission depending on the program. Some schools are still trying to fill up spaces. I know someone who applied for fall 2 weeks ago to 2 schools and got ission from one of them last week. Get in touch with the school and find out if they still have space available for Fall 2021

Forgive me, I have to counter some of your point. I am 22 and I got my visa approved I did my application on my own so I believe my points will be kull
1.he may not have stated that he is unemployed since 2016 In his LOE...but The VO must have observed it in the Form you will be required to fill for what you have been doing for the past 10 years.

2. I may agree with you on that

3. He may explained all that in his LOE

4.there is no point explaining home ties.....the family information form is enough to score your home ties. I didn’t bother mentioning home ties in my LOE.

Note. I already have a BSC in microbiology biology but I applied for a post secondary diploma program in Environmental protection technology (this course is really needed in Nigeria) . There is no university in Nigeria offering Environmental protection technology (I noted this in my LOE)

I advise anyone who want to apply for a course to look at What Nigeria need before choosing a program.

@lekibobo, and other gurus, please help me with which is the best study progression for someone with 2.1 in Industrial and Labor Relations from a reputable univereity here in Nigeria and work experience in Sales Representative (Telecoms). Also with a study gap of 8 years.
She's looking at MBA but I advised her to let us hear from the gurus for a good choice of study.
Schools with low tuition fee should also be put in consideration.

Send them an email stating that you’d like to reschedule (it’s advisable to give them a reason). They will respond to your mail with the next available dates that you can choose from.

Honestly your case with that guy is just dicey, I meanso difficult to judge. I you said you won't still pay him even if he doesn't charge back. I mean look at the date he charged back and the date he made payment for you, that's like a month after. He should have long been paid for the service he rendered. Fine, I you asked him to provide a valid identity. But I think the lesson here for all is that we should agree on and conditions before initiating business transaction with people we don't know. Both of you would take part of the blame.
