You see that market has lost over 50%, that's to show you everybody is selling, if you now decide not to sell and cut your loss or make your little profit, if you are in profit already, then you are on your own. When bitcoin hit 20k in 2017 and there was a price reversal from there, hope you how long it took it to get to 20k?

Best bet is to average into some stables when red, and sell when green.

You can buy every weekend, or when market is at the lowest for the week, over the next 4 to 12 weeks.

You will need to split your capital across the coins you choose, and over the duration you want.

Even if na $10, $100 or $1000 every week, just buy the dip.
