Good day, Please how much is original Samsung S21 5G screen

Please I need help ASAP. My S9+ recently started misbehaving. If I switch the phone one it will enter hand reset /recovery mood, most times it will keep coming on and off for about 30min - 1hr before it will finally come up. When it enters factory reset mood and I force it on, saved Wi-Fi will be deleted and minor settings will be returned to factory mood. I personally think the phone is under attack and need to be 'flashed'. Does anyone have a similar experience?

I have phones with so many locks that I'm not willing to shell out big money for -- partly because they're not worth much and also because all the fully functioning phones i have on ground aren't being bought by these Nigerian people. The samsung which is there before is not mine and if i want to use it, it will refer me to put in my samsung and if i want to log it off entirely it will send OTP to former email which is there before

I have done setting reset yet no improvement

And if i want to use the 'secure folder' it will refer me to on my samsung

How do i successfully remove it
