Details of this new house is below; Project: New construction of a block of 6 flats of 2 bedrooms (One storey) Location: Enugu city, Enugu state Client: A Nairalander Architect: Soch Designs Duration: 120 days (carcass) Budget: To be announced later Work is planned to start fully by this new week, expect the usual detailed explanation of the processes and challenges of building this type of house in this unique environment. Due to the nature of this land, we plan to level the land before starting the construction of the building, we plan to bring in a payloader to this site soon to start the levelling process of this land. We intend to remove the soil at the back till about 1.8 metres and balance the land, then start the excavation works for the house.

We brought levelling instruments to this site to help us determine the extent of earth works we need to do on this land so we can get it ready for building construction.
