One of my family friends brought a form to us to fill, he said that the form is from TELPECON.
In the form, we are required to fill in our bank details(including BVN).

He said that TELPECON is a Non Governmental Organization(owned by foreigners) that want to help some people out from poverty. He said that each person is entitled to get 2m, and the money will be paid before end of this month. He said that he has been attending their meetings since last year.

I have tried my best to search and know more about it on google, but the result I got is not enough for me to make a decision especially when it involves someone's bank details.

Pls my people, is there anything like that or is it another means to deceive gullible Nigerians and extort their money?

Now, he said that he used his money to pay for the remaining 3persons which we are going to refund him after receiving the money and also all the expenses he made during the process. This particular form now is to be submitted with #500 each.

Someone just approach me that they need my bank details including my bvn to me. I know someone that for similar grants with inknation, till date nothing.

These people just dry find who thdy go scam

After saying they collected #500, I am so convinced money won't come out of this thing at least not 2million.

The Chairman is expected to receive intervention fund anytime from now. After which director is expected to receive disbursement.

That you are a director doesn't mean it's not scam. You are only told what they want to tell you.

It's no scam, I just got a text to send my details for disbursement of funds.
So, you wet dey doubt, an OYO you dey ooo.

Four days after you made this post, have you been paid? So they collecting your details means it is not a scam? Hope the ₦5,000,000 will hit your soon.

And the date keeps shifting. And they keep bringing up new issues that prolongs the " disbursement", if there is anything of such.

But the many trusted people who are promoting it can make you believe it. They believe it, and sell it to you too. I believe most people subscribe to it based on those people's integrity.

But as I said, I don't find it convincing. And some people are using it to scam people of small small amount of money like #1,500, etc till you calculate what you have spent.

I also browsed for info on it , yet no credible reference to it except that it is a scam. Imagine, such amount of money genuinely on offer and it doesn't make the news? Just warnings from the authorities is what I see online.
