But I open the beds and spray manure and ssp all over.... It touches every aspect of the bed.

Do this when you have it in excess.

There was a time I did Cukes with only ssp and manure... Everything came out well.

East west and modification palava ..note the only cultivar I do plant is greengo so no other cultivar crossing it. Stand producing albino fruit is up to like 15 stand Which is not marketable at all.

Maybe Hadiza's attention should be called to it privately on Facebook. It's not right to have different quality of same seeds across batches. It makes budgeting more difficult and unpredictable.

Is that why I get a lot of these deformed fruits from murano? I planted a few murano with cu999. What do u think?

I think the gene purity for most hybrid seeds is btw 80-98%!
So I normalise that I should see some plants with funny xteristics like colour, shape, sizes, disease capacity, etc. It could also be a nutrient(macro/micro) deficiency/over abundance issue ...but like someone stated here, you could actually DM hadiza or a south west rep of EWS sha.

if you plant two varieties, it is normal to see deform or strange color and shape. The only cucumber cultivar I grow is greengo because that is what my market accept.

seed company always try to improve their seed... like disease resistance, maturity date, yield etc. In the process of improving, some attribute maybe loss.

Been battling with fruit flies lately, very malicious pest that are attacking my tender fruits. It's been back to back sprays of caterpillar force and Imiforce .

Please house, any one with more ideas on how to tackle this pest should please kindly help out a brother. Thanks.
