Receiving emails is not determined by millions of people applying, email clients are very efficient to even manage billions of messages at the same time. People say they are not receiving mails, am sure most people here know how to check spam and other in boxes, so kindly work on it, am sure its a problem from npowers end.

Try opening the email on an entirely different browser like Opera mini, or chrome.

Try using another valid ID card that has correct name, if you can't find one use it like that, but ensure you fill the correct name written on your bvn during any online application or verification.

If it is a regular income, you might be disqualified, because Npower is designed for individual with no regular source of income.

Make sure the name on your BVN is same with the name you are using to apply with.

Pls those that applied for N-power on day 1, after selecting you local government of residence, were you able to select you ward too? Cos I couldn't select ward, it was not bringing options out for me. But when I tried applying for my younger sister just today, it brought out all the list of wards for her

So I'm thinking that what could have been wrong then or was it only me that experienced that

Anytime you are using a device to always switch the browser to desktop view, to have a wider view of certain hidden details, and always make use of a good browsing app , I normally recommend Puffin browser.

Too much congestion

I still haven't received their mail since more than 2 weeks that I ed (ed on the 28th of June) and I get mails daily. Na wah o, don't even know what to make of this.
