i have been trying to install and activate bbpress plugin on wordpress but it has been unsuccessful, i have tried filezilla and i can find my way around it, also the info i found on the internet isn't helping. anyone with knowledge on how to install it and run it should please help.

you have not mentioned the issue you are getting. is it that it failed to to your site or it failed to be installed
