If you opened your with just your bvn, no valid ID, port and utility bill, it's most likely to be a tier 1 that can't take in more than 100k.

In my own understanding, tier 2 acct cannot take more than 500k,then tier 3 acct is unlimited, it can take any amount.

It doesn't have anything to do with date. They will transfer the money to your commercial bank acct in due time. NIRSAL is just slow Nd ineffective in their performances
