Good day. I restarted my Infinix note 12 because it was hanging, when it came on and I put my pin, it kept saying wrong pin. Same pin I use everyday. The few people I gave to look at it, said I have to do factory reset which I don't want to do because I didn't back up my data. please can someone help me out.
