May GOD help us. Suicide is never the answer. Find a trusted confidant to talk to about stuff. In my case I had no one to talk to and I talked to GOD. HE GIVES STRENGTH .

The guy even get phone, wear fine shirt and tro, walking on his two legs, he has both eyes, functioning mouth to eat and even dick to Bleep and pee, yet failed to look at these positives, rather pondering on one negative stuff that lead to suicidal thoughts... It's not easy but please always look at the brighter side, share your problems with someone u trust

The number one thing that makes one to think of suicide is poverty. Imagine checking your phone s always to see who go help your life to even chop. It's crazy.... Hunger is seriously bad. Rest in peace hungerbad

The former IG (Solomon Arase) banned them from wearing regular police black on black uniform. He changed their uniform to grey.

But this new IG Mohammed Adamu changed it black to the regular police black on black uniform.

His reason was that SPY police are as well police officers and shouldn’t be discriminated.

What I don’t know is when they started carrying arms.

I have a SPY officer as a friend, I’ll ask him.

During the reign of Arase, he was always on his grey spy uniform.

But now he wears the regular black police uniform.

But the guy does not have any rank.

Reading some comments here and I have to shook my head. Suicide isn't an option, but depression is a monster, it consumes its victim. I pray you dont experience it. Be comionate with words, reach out to people, kinds words can change so many things. If you are reading this comment and you're considering suicide, please reach out to someone, family or a clinic. Don't isolate yourself, fight it.

It's sad � that people don't understand how bad depression is. Depression can make life so miserable that suicide will look like the only option.

I couldn't help but laugh while reading through this. Life is quite unpredictable and full of ups and downs. Suicide is never a good option, for at least two reasons - the person may go to hell and secondly, the person's family will be devastated for a long time. Hold on while continuing to make efforts, the future is pregnant.
