Any state that want to participate in Ruga should go ahead, our stance @ is that no state should be forced to Participate in Ruga and furthermore, no state should grumble when they see the profit and returns the participating states are making monthly and annually.

So u actually thought once a state has a project, it will simply run to the federal govt and ask for money. My brother it doesn't work like that. State projects are financed from state allocation, govt/private partnership and borrowing from institutions like IMF and World Bank. Not ur southern oil money as u claimed.

That project is a Fulani New Town Development Project. Thank God that southerners are not so gullible this time.
