There's nothing wrong with driving at a high speed.
BUT there is great wrong in not being unable to control your vehicle at ANY speed.

When the motor car was first invented, 12km/hr was considered VERY HIGH speed.

If you’re living around d grazing area expect this to occur. Both the driver and the cows are victim of failed govt. no sign as per speed limit, grazing location awareness and barricade for herd of cows to access timid forests for their grazing.

I think they had to quickly slice their throat so it appears they were killed while alive. Once dead, they become useless. Fulani herders don't sell or eat dead cows, they rather throw such cattle away.
