latest report has it that FMC Owerri is using original degree certificate as a measure to strike out some applications thus not shortlist such applicant for the assessment test billed to begin on Monday.

At least they've done for some, we will wait for ours. The woman I know who works there said that they should round up everything and those selected would resume work in December so that the new staff will be captioned in their budget for next year. Just saying.

Fmc Owerri only did a shabby sham of a test. Uch ibadan is taking time and it makes me want to suspect it may not be as usual.
