Great. But that won't solve the problem.

Cheating runs in the blood whether married male or married female,single male or single female.

The government should create job opportunities for all and industrialize the economy.Give out grants and soft loans to the singles to help out those that look up to married men for pecuniary gains.

It will somehow reduce the patronage single ladies receive from married men but publishing names of married men can never stop single ladies clinging to married men.

There are single ladies that see dating married men as hobby and some married men also see it as exploration.
