in third world countries especialy Africa, resignation isnt common! reason being that we worship them, life is made easy them their words are law literally when the person leaves office he/she loses that power and freedom nobody wants that! so here they will rather die as leaders rulers[s][/s] and get state burial than retire or resign and lose recognition! sad
