Have you people noticed Nigeria governance has been reduced to a cow affair , the govt is no longer talking about it's plan for the people but just plans it has for cows ..My people abeg is it cows that elected the government but if you look at it critically anybody that voted Buhari is actually a COW !!!!!!!!

It's like Buhari signed an agreement with herdsmen to give them settlement within Nigeria before he leaves office in exchange for their spiritual or physical in winning the election. He wants to fulfil it before half his term runs out so that the remaining half he can use to perfect and respond to mass outcry or revolt. When he leaves office all loose end are tied and Ruga is in full effect. He knows that once he completes his term without implementing it... Ruga will be thrown into the dustbin. May the best and smartest man win. He will devise many tactics to calm the masses so that they feel secured and accept Ruga.
