.....Hire Corps as witnesses The Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC in the just concluded general elections Mr. Nsima Ekere and his party caucus, are apprehensive following their inability to produce Audio/Video evidence from the multimillion naira surveillance gadgets they used during election. It was learnt that former member representing Ikono State constituency, Hon. Victor Udofia, supplied substandard Audio/Video surveillance gadgets which turned out to be totally useless and are presently heaped in the residence of the former Commissioner for Works, Mr. Don Etim in Ikot Ekpene. Udofia was recommended to Nsima by Ibanga Akpabio, his godfather. Both have been asked to refund N30, 000, 000 being part of the total sum doled out by the former Chief Executive Officer of NDDC to gather intelligence during election. Consequently, in a bid to salvage his family name, Ibanga Akpabio’s cousin and Superintendent of Police, Mr Idorenyin Imeh Akpabio - whose network firm is located at 5 Etim Okpoyo lane off Lagos street , Ewet Housing estate has concluded arrengment to invite a hitech expert by name Oluwale from Lagos to work on the gadgets with the hope of using it in the next session of the Governorship Election Tribunal in Uyo. In a related development, Nsima Ekere has approached some INEC adhoc staff, especially NYSC to testify for him against the PDP and Gov. Udom Emmanuel. Our informants confirm that Ekere has resorted to relying on Corps after party faithful have refused to testify in court. He is said to have mobilized quite a number of them with intention of using them to testify in the tribunal. https://thepunditng.com/election-tribunal-nsima-apc-apprehensive-over-failed-electronic-gadgets/ 1 Like |
