The money successfully left my opay but it's yet to reflect on the chipper . It's been 2 days already and customer care isn't responding to messages. Has anyone experienced this and what's the best approach to recover my money? |

Olamak1: It wasn't really a decline. The orders were in the unpaid category so I got a new grey card and tried paying for them. Initially, when I clicked pay, something popped up and I wish I had a screenshot, but I was still on the page. Had to click again which later worked. That couldn't be the cause. Do you think it is? |

Alozera: Based on this information, I assume that you didn't change the "currency" from naira to USD on AliExpress app. This could be the cause of the cross- boarder fee. Like I said before, I made 3 orders recently (2 on Wednesday and 1 on Friday), but no such charges. In fact, I had to add more $ to my card balance to effect Friday payment. |

Olamak1:That may not be so. Grey charges cross-border fees on AliExpress orders except you're lucky or they're yet to charge you (not always instant). My is always in USD but they charge that fee whenever I pay using Grey. |

Alozera: That was the mistake I made last time, I left funds behind to use for later.. before I knew what was happening dem Don bill me.. Since then I only fund exactly what I need to spend and I make sure I exhaust the funds.., cos if anything remain they will surely take it for their FX charge. |

I don't know what is wrong with Klasha these days, i have stopped using them since my last card expired but as a refund was made since last Month on the card(expired), Klasha customer service has been telling me one story or the other after providing all they've requested for time after time, their usual we're sorry for the delay...blah blah blah Even one of the customer care agent in her response called me another name while addressing me one time, it occurred to me that these people are massively copying & pasting responses Anyone here know how i can escalate this to get my money back? |
