One, if i minimize the Bitnob app to open bank app, it'll close the Bitnob app, my bank app doesn't multi screen either

What if one open Bitnob app for payment, then go to bank app but maybe have failed transaction or network issues for transfer, how person wan take do am na?

This Country just dy stress person no be small, all these unnecessary protocols just to buy/pay for something online!

You mean it used to be like Klasha where you just have to copy number(wallet), top it up by tranfer, then open the app later, see your transferred amount on your wallet & from there just fund your dollar card

I just opened the today & verified it, verification wasn't all that smooth starting from otp to saving details, but after all hassle, it was alas completed

Ok, it may depend on your phone. I can open 6 apps and minimise to open any bank app I like without closing the app minimised.

To do that, put a finger anywhere on the phone screen and swipe down. Do it like 2 or 3 times to show that the web bage is being refreshed. Then go back and check your wallet or card to see if you've been credited.

Moreover, multi-tasking on smartphones should be a seamless effort, that's why I can't understand why your bank app refuses to run side - by - side Bitnob app when minimized.

If you can multitask using other apps on your device without experiening any difficulty, then you may consider checking the security measures activated on your bank app – to see why it closes whenever you minimize it.

For security purpose, some financial apps do log out s whenever they become inactive for a couple of seconds or minutes, with a message "your session has expired " or"timed out". So one has to be extremely fast when using such apps for multi-tasking.
