I had the same experience during my waec examination many years ago. It was few minutes to the end of Chemistry paper. I had the hopeless feeling that my world had ended, knowing fully well that I will write waec again as chemistry was a core subject of mine.

From afar it was clear that my 400L class mates also retaking the course where equally in disarray. One was sweating under AC, the other had that look - you know that look of a clueless person who was certain of failure and the last was making unsuccessful attempts to 'giraffe' another student. Some minutes later, some people started submitting scripts, then the principal supervisor declared 10 minutes more for the rest of us.

The moment she made that declaration, it was as though the reality of an extra year came blaring at my face. I could feel tension surging down my body from neck down and then my muscles contracted. Two seconds before, I was now certain I was going to have an ejaculation. I immediately held my head and pretended as though I was having a painful headache as one or two people looked my way wondering why I had a 'squirting face' and was in apparent discomfort.

I had same experience two times when i was in SSS 3, it was when I was writing the WAEC mock exams for oral English and it also happened when i heard the invigilatorannounce '10 minutes more' , and i haven't done much. I believe the pressure and tension of not being able to answer the questions made me to move my legs involuntarily which then unintentionally rubbed the genitals could have caused it, it is still an experience i cannot explain properly the cause of, however it became an eye opener for me that i could produce spermatozoa then, as i was just 16 years old.

I had similar experience in my 400level days in pharmacology exam.
I asked all urologist I have come across during my surgery posting last year and they really were not sure what it was and the actual cause. having ejaculation in anxiety unlike during sexual climax that is known to all.
